For anyone interested in improving there tween or if you have a tween and don't know how to use it, I have posted a new tutorial.

This will demonstrate how create an animated GIF using multiple layers and the tween function in Adobe ImageReady 7.0.

Even if you're using a different graphics program this may help you to understand the process a little better. Any of you that have been following the "liitle war" "tween" Gordon and myself will recognize the infamous coffee cup.
