When I'm "Making a Movie" using Studio 9 Plus, I occasionally get an error message from Studio which says there's been an error, and asking me if I want to send them the error message. I've noticed my rendering is still running behind the error message, so I just let it keep going. Everything finishes fine. I've had this happen regardless if I'm rendering with or without burning a DVD. The finished movies have been for SD and 16:9 formats. They play perfectly on DVD players, so it's just annoying to get the error message.

I have Studio 9 Plus on my C: drive. I put videos on a separate HD (1TB) drive, and I have my temporary storage on another external HD (500GB). When/if I have a two camera wedding, I put the second camera footage on a third (1TB) external HD. I believe by splitting the location of everything, it reduces my chance of having a lockup during edits. I also do a SAVE every couple of minutes, PLUS I do a ZIP at least once per hour/session. I'm thinking with all these precautions and procedures, I've been able to get more more use from Studio 9 Plus than some other folk.

Back to the question: Has anyone else run into the error message when rendering a movie? If you click "Send" or "Don't Send" it clears the message and ends Studio 9 Plus.

Equipment:
Custom built. Mother board= Asus PK-5. Win. XP Pro. 2 gb ram. 2X WD DMA 500 drives. Seagate 600 external drive. Pioneer external burner. Mad Dog internal burner. Video = ATI Radeon ADD 3870 PCIe. 512 mb. Audio= SB audigy. S. 11 +. dbx 286A mic pre/processer. Shure Dynamic Mic.
I poked around in the setup menus, Had a look in help to see if there's a way to turn off that error message thingie. If there is a way to disable it it must be during the install process.

A search on the Pinnacle forum brought up a whole bunch of threads on this subject, Maybe you can something in one of those.
